Yoga with awaken
Move with me — wherever you are
My teaching isn’t tied to one studio or a fixed schedule. It moves, evolves, and meets you where you are — in different spaces, at different times, and always with intention.
I teach a wide variety of yoga, from strong and flowing Vinyasa to soft and nourishing Yin, restorative practices, Yoga Nidra, somatic movement, meditation, and accessible chair yoga.
Alongside this, I also run Yoga Dreamers. Yoga classes and experiences tailored just for children and families. These are creative, playful, imaginative and grounding sessions that help little ones build confidence, calm, and connection in a way that feels natural and fun.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep passion for creating community — spaces where people feel welcome, seen, and supported, whether they are stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning to themselves through practice.
Everything I offer is designed to support real life — for adults, families, and children — meeting you exactly where you are, in the moment you need it most.
Your daily anchor
Anywhere
Rather than a fixed weekly class, I now teach across a variety of spaces — from studios to retreats to one-off experiences.
This means every class is unique.
Every space brings a different energy.
And you’re invited to step into what feels right for you, when it feels right.
Yoga isn’t something you fit into a schedule.
It’s something you return to — again and again.
Yoga offerings
Explore the different styles and approaches to my teachings. Each one offers something unique, allowing you to find the practice that feels right for you.
-
A fluid, breath-led practice designed to build strength, mobility, and presence. Rooted in my 200-hour Yoga Alliance training, these classes focus on moving in a way that feels natural and supportive to your body.
Classes vary from slow and somatic to creating strength and an inner fire.
-
A slower, deeply grounding practice that works into the body’s connective tissues, supporting both flexibility and nervous system regulation.
Yin is a style I feel particularly passionate about, as it invites you to truly slow down, turn inward, and become more aware of how each posture feels in your body rather than how it looks.
With minimal movement and typically just 5–6 poses per class, it offers a gentle yet powerful way to release tension, restore balance, and quiet the mind — making it especially supportive for those seeking a softer, more mindful practice while still building strength within the muscles and fascia.
-
A gentle, intuitive approach to movement that focuses on internal awareness rather than external shape.
Somatic practices support nervous system regulation, helping you release tension, reconnect with your body, and move in a way that feels safe and natural.
With a strong emphasis of moving away from how things look, but rather how they feel.
-
For me, this is a deeply rewarding practice to teach, as it allows yoga to become truly inclusive.
Chair Yoga is a highly accessible and supportive style of yoga that uses a chair for stability, ease, and confidence in movement. Ideal for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone seeking a gentler practice, it still offers the benefits of mobility, breathwork, and deep relaxation in a safe and adaptable way.
It is particularly supportive for those living with long-term health conditions, reduced mobility, or disability, and can also be easily adapted for practice at home, allowing people to experience yoga in a way that meets their individual needs and circumstances.
Ultimately, Chair Yoga offers a way to maintain mobility, support recovery, and create space for movement that feels possible — whatever stage of life or health you are in.
-
Rooted in additional training in alignment, assisting, and inversions, I guide with a focus on strength, stability, and healthy posture — moving away from the idea of a “perfect pose” and instead encouraging a practice that feels supportive, functional, and true to your body.
-
Pranayama is the practice of working with the breath to influence the flow of energy within the body and mind. These techniques are woven into my teaching to support grounding, clarity, and a deeper sense of presence.
Through simple and accessible breath practices, we explore how the breath can help regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and create space within the body. It is a powerful tool for both movement and stillness, supporting you both on and off the mat.
Rather than being complex or separate from the physical practice, breathwork is integrated in a way that feels natural and usable in everyday life — something you can return to whenever you need to reconnect or reset.
This naturally is a focus throughout all of my teachings, however I do also offer workshops specifically focused on the breath and the power it can offer to our nervous system.
-
These practices are designed to quiet the mind and bring you back to yourself.
From guided meditation to deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, these sessions support rest, clarity, and inner connection.
I often incorporate these within all of my classes, however I also run dedicated classes and workshops just in Meditation or Yoga Nidra
-
